Today's would you rather includes 2 Italian Supercars from companies that have rivaled each other for decades. Our first contender is the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. Lamborghini has a history of being a wild and brilliant car manufacturer and this Gallardo is no exception. It features a 5.2 liter V10 engine shared with the Audi R8 V10 making 552HP at 8,000RPM and 398 lb-ft at 6,500RPM. This propels the Gallardo from 0-60 in 4 seconds and on to a top speed of 201 MPH. Like Lambos of past, the LP560 has unique and striking styling characteristics that you won't find on other cars. The new design for the seconds gen Gallardo has been based off the Reventon to create a more edgy shape rather than the old box design.

Unlike the wild and outrageous Lambo this Ferrari F430 Scuderia is a precise Italian knife for the track. It features a 4.3 liter V8 that revs to over 8,600RPM. It produces less Hp than the Gallardo (510) but weighs less at just 2,750lbs. Couple that with the Ferrari E-Diff limited slip differential and you get a car thats perfect for the track. Although I prefer the looks of the Lamborghini, the Ferrari is something you can't not stare at and admire the lines.
So, which one?
...and to help you decide, here are the exhaust notes courtesy of Marchittino.

I would rather the 458 Italia! :)
I did some track time in a Superlegerra and 458 back to back and it was Ferrari hands-down. In this instance it's certainly more difficult. You have the LP Lambo vs. an older F-car. I'm still going Ferrari though since I always had a thing for the Scuderia and was only semi-impressed with the Lambo on the track.

Ferrari.
But then I might be biased... the f43o is the first car I ever truly lusted over about 4 or 5 years ago. It's the car that got me interested in cars, if you will.

Lamborghini.
Ferrari just doesn't even interest me anymore. Only the F40.

The Lambo, so I can take it to Underground Racing for ridiculous amounts of boost.

430 scud, no question. Its classier, the better drivers car, more limited, and makes you look less like a cock than the gallardo.

Ferrari during the summer
Lambo during the winter

I'd take the Ferrari over the Audi any day of the week...
Jokes aside, the 430 scud is just too good to pass up... The Gallardo might have a chance if it were the Superleggera or, even better, the Balboni.
